Head of the MBA program and Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Economics at Birzeit University. He holds a PhD from North Colorado University in the United States of America. He has worked as a financial advisor on several missions with international organizations including: International Industrial Development Organization, International Trade Commission, International Housing Agency, International Labor Organization, International Development Foundation, Harvard University. He also worked as a research fellow at the International Monetary Fund's research department. His research has been published in Arab and international academic journals including: Arab Journal of Management, Arab Legal Accountant, Palestinian Studies and Khartoum Journal of Administrative Sciences.
