Annotation:
This text investigates the evolution of the socioeconomic strategies employed by the Palestinian revolution and movement since 1965 until the Israeli invasion of Lebanon and subsequent displacement of the Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) in 1982. The main focus of it centers around the development of the theory of ‘amal ijtima’i and the emergence of the concept of ‘development’ in Palestinian political discourse.
