Assistant professor at the University of Massachusetts-Boston, and a senior researcher at the Center for Development Studies at Birzeit University. She holds a PhD from the University of London. She worked with the Foundation for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris, and the Palestinian Economic Policy Research Institute (MAS) in Ramallah.
