Profile

Holds a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Indiana in the United States in 1973. He served as program director at the Palestinian Cooperation foundation since its establishment in 1984 until 1992, also he worked as an advisor to the European Commission office in Jerusalem and supervisor of EU programs in the education sector. And  head of the National Commission for Accreditation and Quality of Higher Education Institutions in Palestine.
