Profile

A Tunisian writer and political scientist, he is a professor of international relations at Qatar University and a non-resident fellow at the University of Sydney. His research interests focus on democratisation in the Arab world, studies of revolutions and protests, in addition to the interaction of Islamists with democracy and democratization.
