Activist in voluntary and union work, defending the rights of refugees and anti-normalization. He holds a master's degree in Arabic studies from Birzeit University. His writings focus on education, teachers' rights, Jerusalem issue, democracy and corruption. He spent more than eight years in Israeli jails.
