الشرح:
The paper is an economic analysis of the Palestinian agriculture that takes into account three variables: cultivated land, purchased input costs, labour force. The paper per se is not particularly relevant, as it goes into specific economic functions, nevertheless it outlines the main issues for the assessment of the role of the Palestinian agriculture in the Palestinian economy, namely: restrictions of access to land, restrictions on trade along border, loss of labour in favour of Israel, lack of finance facilities, weak agricultural services, imported inflation from Israel, absence of a protective array of independent national policies.
